Digital Terms and Conditions – Registration

Asentiv Australia – Program Registration, Confidentiality Agreement, Participants Agreement & Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms, ‘us’, ‘we’, and ‘our’ means Asentiv Australia.

“you” and “your” means the person who accepts this agreement.

“Programs” means one or more of our programs, courses, memberships and activities including those called ‘Ignite Your Business’, ‘AsentivLITE’, ‘AsentivGrowth’, ‘AsentivPRO’, AsentivPRO+’, ‘AsentivGLOBAL’, ‘Asentiv Pipeline’ and ‘Asentiv Mastermind’.

1                Registration

Registration is completed when you complete, sign, and pay for a package selected after you attend one of our presentations.

When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number and bank account details. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To register, you must be:
•                at least 18 years of age;
•                possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
Your registration allows you to register for events consistent with the package you have selected and paid for.

2                Collection Notice

We collect personal information about you in order to respond to your enquiry and or provide you with information about our services and franchising opportunities and for purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy at
We may disclose that information to third parties that help us deliver our services (including information technology suppliers, communication suppliers and our business partners) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide all of our services and or products to you. We may also disclose your personal information to recipients that are located outside of Australia, including to Square, a third party payment facilitator also located in the United States and Japan.
Our Privacy Policy explains: (i) how we store and use, and how you may access and correct your personal information; (ii) how you can lodge a complaint regarding the handling of your personal information; and (iii) how we will handle any complaint. By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of that information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms.

3                Promotions and competitions

For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.

4                Purchases

4.1            You will be able to purchase courses after you have registered for one of Asentiv’s packages after you have completed, signed the registration form following an information session and successful payment of your first deposit.
Payments may be made using credit or debit card with payment options as described for the packaged you have selected on the registration form. Payments are made using either Square or GoCardless, a secure third party payment facilitator.  We are bound by both Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  Square may share information collected with third parties in the United States and Japan.
4.2            Asentiv do not offer refunds when a booking has been made.
4.3            If a client attempts to obtain a refund anyway by such ways as issuing a charge back through the bank, an admin fee of AUD49 (plus any potential applicable taxes and fees) will be applied to the account and we will evidence this policy and any other relevant paper trail to get the amount re-instated by the relevant financial institution. We may also recover any additional costs and inconveniences caused.
4.4            Asentiv does not guarantee a return on your investment in the course.  Your business success relies on your participation in the course and the action taken by you, based on the information and education and training provided to you by the package that you have selected.
4.5            Asentiv sells tickets to various other programs and products however does not guarantee event dates or venues.  Event dates may change due to low attendance, logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
4.6            Pricing for events may be subject to change.  The cost of your package does not include accommodation for residential training. The cost of food, travel and accommodation is required to be paid in full and in advance.  There is no refund on the deposit for food, travel and accommodation.
4.7            You may transfer your registration to an event to a different date or location however this request must be made in writing (60) days before the scheduled date of the event. You will be required to pay any different between the price of the events.  One transfer is permitted per calendar year and no transfers will be accepted within (60) days of the event.   Event registration cannot be transferred between individuals.
4.8            Refunds will be accepted within (10) days for books purchased on the website if they are new and in original packaging.

5                Confidentiality

5.1             You have agreed or will agree to participate in one or more of the Asentiv programs.
5.2            You acknowledge that during the programs and discussions with other participants in the programs confidential information will be disclosed to you by us and the other participants.
5.3            You must keep confidential the confidential information and not disclose it or cause or permit it to be disclosed directly or indirectly to any other person except us.
5.4            You must not use the confidential information for any purpose other than for participation in the relevant program.

5.5            You must ensure that any of your agents to whom confidential information is disclosed complies with all your obligations under this agreement.

5.6            This agreement does not apply to the disclosure of confidential information to the extent that the disclosure is required to be made under any law or the confidential information is or becomes public knowledge through no fault, act, or omission of or by you or your agents.
5.7            You indemnify us and agree to keep us indemnified for and against any claim or loss, including from or relating to any other participant, we suffer or incur relating to any breach by you of this agreement. You agree that we are not liable for any disclosure of confidential information by other participants.
5.8           You must not assign, transfer, or novate any right, obligation, or interest in this agreement.
5.9           The law of Western Australia governs this agreement and your and us submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, the Federal Circuit Court, and the Federal Court of Australia.
5.10         Your obligations under this agreement survive termination of this agreement.
5.11          In this agreement:
confidential information includes any information, instruments, documents, agreements, materials, designs, data, text, software, content, graphics, images, correspondence, customer lists and information, reports, business plans, marketing plans and other plans, intellectual property, copyrights, creative rights, inventions, trade secrets, concepts, ideas, know-how, techniques, work products and brands, and extends to all forms of storage and representation of these including verbally, electronically, in hard copy and photographically.

6               Property Materials Agreement

Certified Networker® / Ignite Your Business

6.1            Asentiv Australia PTY Ltd is delighted to provide you, through a license with a Certified Networker® Trainer, a one-time-use of its Certified Networker® materials and technology conducted by an authorized Certified Networker® Trainer.

6.2           By voluntarily participating in the Certified Networker® program during this event, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

6.3           Terms and Conditions for Use:

6.4           By participating in the Certified Networker® Program, you agree to the following: I understand and agree that all materials, concepts and information (“Materials”) presented during this Program, either orally or in writing, have been licensed to a Certified Networker® Trainer but are the property of Asentiv Australia PTY Ltd, or further are in some instances protected by copyright. I agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate, or distribute, lend or otherwise transfer any copies of such Materials without the express written permission of Use Asentiv Australia PTY Ltd.

6.5          I further understand that any Materials presented in this program are intended solely for use in the program. I understand that while I am welcome to benefit from such Materials personally and to express and share about those benefits in all aspects of my life, I agree not to resell, modify and sell, or repackage and sell the materials. I therefore agree not to deliver the Materials themselves, either reproduced or modified, as part of any internal practices, events, meetings, or other uses within the company. I also agree not to deliver the Materials themselves, either reproduced or modified, in any seminar, training program, workshop, consulting or similar business activity that I make available to my clients or to the public for the purpose of financial gain. I agree that, should I wish to use any Materials from this program, either directly or indirectly in such a seminar, training program, workshop, consulting or similar business activity, which I make available internally, to my clients, or to the public for the purpose of financial gain, either during the course of this program or at any time thereafter, I will first obtain the written consent of Asentiv Australia PTY Ltd.

6.6         I agree that this agreement supersedes any prior agreements I may have regarding the use of such Materials, and that, if necessary, I will again obtain Asentiv Australia’s written consent before using any Asentiv material, which I have obtained permission to use in the past.


6.8          I understand and agree that all materials, concepts and information presented in this document are the property of Asentiv Australia PTY Ltd, or further are in some instances protected by copyright. I agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate, or distribute, lend or otherwise transfer any copies of such Materials without the express written permission of Asentiv Australia.
