Registration Terms and Conditions

In these Terms, ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ means Asentiv Australia.

1 Registration

Registration is completed when you complete, sign and pay for a package selected after you attend one of our monthly presentations.

While registration is currently hard copy, you may need to be a registered member to attend events and or access certain features of our website.

When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number and bank account details. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy

Policy.

To register, you must be:

• at least 18 years of age;
• possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

Your registration allows you to register for events consistent with the package you have selected and paid for.

2 Collection Notice

We collect personal information about you in order to respond to your enquiry and or provide you with information for purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may disclose that information to third parties that help us deliver our services (including information technology suppliers, communication suppliers and our business partners) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide all of our services and or products to you.

We may also disclose your personal information to recipients that are located outside of Australia, including to Square, a third party payment facilitator also located in the United States and Japan.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

(i) how we store and use, and how you may access and correct your personal information;

(ii) how you can lodge a complaint regarding the handling of your personal information; and

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of that information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms.

3 Promotions and competitions

For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.

4 Courses

4.1 You will be able to register for courses or one of Asentiv’s packages using the appropriate registration form.

4.2 Asentiv does not guarantee a return on your investment in the course. Your business success relies on your participation in the course and the action taken by you, based on the information and education and training provided to you by the package that you have selected.

4.3 Asentiv offers various other programs and products however does not guarantee event dates or venues. Event dates may change due to low attendance, logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Events may be subject to change. Your package does not include accommodation for residential training. The cost of food, travel and accommodation is required to be paid in full and in advance. There is no refund on the deposit for food, travel and accommodation.

4.5 You may transfer your registration to an event to a different date or location however this request must be made in writing (60) days before the scheduled date of the event. You will be required to pay any different between the price of the events. One transfer is permitted per calendar year and no transfers will be accepted within (60) days of the event. Event registration cannot be transferred between individuals.
